HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
Dr Susan Soeberg's well documented research shows that 11mins of cold water immersion per week is optimal for max health benefits. So, we're going with it!
Spend 11 mins in an ice bath, under a cold shower or in a cold plunge pool (we know a great one over at Reset HQ😉) per week from 15 Jan til 12 Feb.
To make this more manageable, we recommend breaking this down into 4x 3min sessions per week. Ideally at sub 15°C.
